To maximise gender and equal opportunities by putting women on the frontlines of multilateral engagement so they can influence government to meet both practical and strategic gender needs via policies and programs for improvement of their rights, welbeing and environment.

Dr. Hephzibah Suobo is a United Nations General Assembly Climate Action Optimist (74th UNGA, 2019, USA) A Generation Equality Forum ( Paris 2021) Action Coalition Commitment Maker . Ambassador of AU Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly. Fellow of the African School of Diplomacy and International Relations 2022. He is associated with Oral Roberts University Tulsa Oaklahoma (PhD , Leadership development, class of (2022) , Holder of Honoris Causa Los Angeles Development Church and Institute, CA USA (2016). Member of the Nigeria Institute of International Affairs (NIIA). A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) , Senior Orator of Nigeria (SON) by the Association of Certified Public Speakers of Nigeria (ACPSN). Appointed Chairman of Bayelsa State Ecosystems Restoration Committee/Chair , Subcommittee on Bayelsa Plastic Waste Bank Project. Monitor global climate policy negotiations through mobilization of climate actors and enthusiasts of both gender especially subnational policy makers

Attract international funding for climate action and gender mainstreaming through Global Environment Facility and allied multilateral partners for sustainability and equality opportunity for all.
